product needs, assessment and management.

When an order is placed with
Medsource, we verify all insurance benefits to
include deductible information, co-pays, non-covered
services, and any other necessary information. HMOs
that require authorization will be given all
information regarding the products that are being
requested. We provide the case manager with the
medical necessity of the patient and establish the
quantities needed.
Medsource has automated shipping
Medsource's automatic shipping
program enables us to establish short term and long
term needs for our customers. We get to know what
each individual needs on a monthly basis.
Medsource Customer Service is
second to none!
The Customer Service staff at
Medsource will ask detailed questions about the
usage of the products being ordered. These questions
will include how often the product is used, whether
it is to be a daily, weekly or monthly used item.
This information is used to calculate how much of
the item is needed. We offer shipping in increments
up to three months. The customer will choose which
is most convenient and cost effective.
Medsource educates its customers
Along with the
purchase of each product Medsource will educate you
on any of your medical supplies, should you need it.
Medsource will be happy to forward any information
on products as well as offer comparisons to other
products. Our goal is not to sell any one particular
brand, but to supply you with the best product
